I'm a mortgage broker based in Pensacola, and I've been helping people buy homes for about five years.
As a broker, I don't work for one bank. I have access to over 150 wholesale lenders, so I can shop your loan to find the one that actually fits your situation, whether that's conventional, FHA, VA, or something less standard. You get options, and I do the legwork.
A few things I care about:
Real pre-approvals. Before you start making offers, I review your income, credit, and assets up front. When I say you're pre-approved, it means something, and your agent and the seller know it.
Straight answers. I'll tell you what's realistic on timelines, payments, and what you actually qualify for. I'd rather give you honest news early than surprises at the closing table.
VA loans. With NAS Pensacola right here, a lot of my clients are military families. I know the VA program well and I know how PCS moves work, so we can plan around your timeline.
Staying in touch. A lot of my work comes from referrals, so I treat every client and every agent like a long-term relationship, not a single transaction.
The psychology of money. Buying a home is a numbers decision, but it's also an emotional one. I'm genuinely fascinated by how people think about money: why we feel the way we do about debt, saving, risk, and security. It shapes how I talk with clients. The goal isn't just getting you approved. It's helping you feel confident about the decision and set up well for what comes after closing.
Outside of work, I spend as much time outdoors as I can. Fishing, hiking, and traveling are where I recharge, and living on the Gulf Coast makes the fishing part pretty easy.

Happy to talk it through, no pressure.
